We came to being in early 2016. It was unanimous: we could not find a single restaurant in Spokane with a menu that satisfied the needs of both vegetarians and meat-eaters for a tasty and well-balanced meal. Unlike other restaurants, our menu simplifies the diners’ search. We group items using such terms as Meat /No-Meat and Alcohol/No-Alcohol. Our kitchen is GMO-free: filled entirely of organic/local [mostly]/free-range/grass-led food.
